Neszant Learn (learn.neszant.com, the “Site”) is the training vertical of Neszant Technology Solutions, operated jointly by Neszant Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, Featherlite The Address, 8th Floor, 200 Feet Radial Road, Zamin Pallavaram, Chennai 600 044, Tamil Nadu, India, and Neszant Technology Solutions Inc, 5900 Balcones Drive #22584, Austin, Texas 78731, USA (together “Neszant”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect on the Site and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Details you submit — name, email address, phone number, country, course preferences, and messages you send through our contact, enrollment, skill assessment, or chat forms.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the Site working well.
- Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe (international) and PhonePe (India). Card, UPI, and banking details go directly to these processors; we never receive or store them.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiries and process your enrollment.
- To deliver training: batch scheduling, course materials, lab access, and related communication.
- To send service emails such as enquiry confirmations and payment receipts.
- To improve the Site and protect it against fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who We Share Data With
Only service providers needed to run the Site: our payment processors (Stripe PhonePe), Microsoft 365 (email), and our hosting provider — each bound to use your data only to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to learn@neszant.com. For users in India, data is processed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; grievances may be raised to our Grievance Officer at the same address and will be acknowledged within the statutory timelines.
