Frequently Asked Questions

How many learners are in a batch?
We keep batches deliberately small so every learner gets personal attention. A batch is confirmed and scheduled once a minimum of 5 learners enroll for that course. Our executive will keep you updated on your batch status right after you enroll.
How do the hands-on labs work?
All labs are fully virtual — you practice in real cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes clusters) right from your browser. No special hardware needed; we help you get set up in your first session.
What payment options do you support?
For US and international learners we accept secure card payments via Stripe. Learners in India can pay through PhonePe (UPI, cards, net banking) — our executive shares the details after your enrollment request. You only pay once your enquiry is confirmed.
What is your refund policy?
If your batch doesn’t start: if a course doesn’t reach the minimum of 5 learners within 30 days of your payment, you receive a 100% refund — or a free transfer to the next batch, your choice.

Before the batch starts: cancel any time up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund.

Within the first three sessions: if you feel the course isn’t the right fit, simply let us know and we’ll process a prorated refund — you’re charged only for the sessions you’ve attended, with the remaining balance refunded in full.

Do course fees include the certification exam?
No — certification exam fees are paid separately to the certifying bodies (Microsoft, AWS, CNCF, HashiCorp). We prepare you thoroughly for the exam and guide you through scheduling it when you’re ready.
Are you an authorized certification body?
No — Neszant Learn is an independent training provider and is not an authorized certification or examination body, nor are we affiliated with Microsoft, AWS, CNCF or HashiCorp. Our training is certification-focused: the curriculum is mapped to the official exam objectives, and we guide you on how to register for and approach each certification exam with confidence.
Do you provide placement assistance?
Yes — we provide placement assistance to help you put your new skills to work, including resume and LinkedIn guidance, interview preparation, and connecting you with relevant job opportunities.
