This policy covers all training services purchased on learn.neszant.com, operated by Neszant Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd (Chennai, India) and Neszant Technology Solutions Inc (Austin, Texas, USA). Payments are processed via Stripe for international learners (USD) and PhonePe for learners in India (INR; 18% GST applies).
Cancellations & Refunds
- If your batch doesn’t start — a batch is scheduled once a minimum of 5 learners enroll. If your course doesn’t reach that minimum within 30 days of your payment, you receive a 100% refund — or a free transfer to the next batch, your choice.
- Before the batch starts — cancel any time up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund.
- Within the first three sessions — if the course isn’t the right fit, let us know and we’ll process a prorated refund: you’re charged only for the sessions you’ve attended, and the remaining balance is refunded in full.
- After the third session — refunds are no longer available, but you may raise any concern with us and we’ll work to resolve it.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Amounts are refunded in the currency you paid in. Certification exam fees are paid separately to the certifying bodies (Microsoft, AWS, CNCF, HashiCorp) and are outside the scope of this policy.
Returns & Shipping
Neszant Learn provides live, instructor-led online training — a digital service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so product returns and shipping do not apply. Refunds are governed solely by the terms above.
How to Request a Refund
